While the breakfast was satisfactory, the restaurant service left much to be desired as the staff were impolite and inattentive. The swimming pool was unusable due to algae, and amenities like AC and sofa beds were not as described. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was flavorful albeit spicy. Improvements could be made to room cleanliness, payment methods, and staff grooming.
